RedRose Aviation Solutions is a small, family-owned and operated business located in Lancashire, U.K. Founded in 2024, we may be a new company, but we bring with us many years of experience.

Our mission is to make aircraft ownership hassle-free. While owning and operating an aircraft should be an enjoyable experience, we understand it often comes with challenges. That’s why we’re here to take the burden off your shoulders, allowing you to focus on what truly matters.

Maksim Ferguson
Founder & Commercial Pilot
Maksim is a young yet remarkably accomplished pilot. His passion for aviation took off at the age of 4, inspired by regular flights with his father in a Cirrus SR22. At just 8 years old, Maksim had his first flying lesson with the Air Navigation & Trading Company in Blackpool. By 14, he soloed a Piper PA-28 in Ontario, Canada, an achievement that gathered international recognition. Since then, Maksim has expanded his skills, flying taildraggers, high-performance, complex, and twin-engined aircraft in a wide variety of conditions.

Vincent Ferguson OBE
Executive
Vince is a highly accomplished businessman and an experienced private pilot. He grew up in Liverpool with aspirations of becoming a Royal Air Force fast-jet pilot, unfortunately, he did not qualify due to insufficient O-Levels. Fast forward 40 years, a few jobs, and one extremely successful waste management business, and Vince is now flying his seventh Cirrus SR22.
After owning an aircraft for past 20 years, there is very little Vince doesn't know about aircraft ownership.
